When using Choice Linking, you'll sometimes "Daisy Chain" choice links so that you'll go from Question 2 to Question 1 and then Question 3 to Question 2. This usually means that things that are hidden between Questions 2 and 1 will not be visible when you link to Question 3. However, there are very valid reasons why you might want the choices excluded to be visible in Question 3.
We now allow you choose to show items in daisy chained situations if they were hidden in a previous question for situations where you are asking to show items when they were not selected in a previous question.
Normally if you choose "When Selected" for Question 2 to 1 and then choose "When NOT Selected" for Question 3 to 2 you will end up with the following situation when selecting choices over the 3 questions over 3 pages:
You can now choose "OR if this choice was hidden by Choice Linking" when selecting links between Question 3 and 2. This will ensure that items hidden from Question 2 to 1 will end up being shown in Question 3 when choice linked:
When creating Choice Links and "Show when NOT selected", just choose the "OR if this choice was hidden by Choice Linking".
