Portal Response Data Sets are available for external access to statistics. Data Sets may be shown for all languages available on a Portal or only on a selected language. You can also, optionally, choose a Filter to limit the selection of Responses in the Data Set.
How do I Create a Data Portal Set?
- 1. From the survey designer, navigate to Analysis --> Portals. If a portal has not yet been created, click the Create Portal icon, otherwise edit and existing portal.
- 2. From the portal creation browse, click the checkbox labelled "Enable Portal Response Data Set
". Fill in the required fields in the Portal Response Data Set Section.
- 3. Once your Portal has been configured, save the settings and return to the Portals browse. Click on the Portal Data Sets icon and create a new Portal Data Set.
- 4. In the Portal Data Set creation browse, question data can be linked by entering the associated question Data Piping code in the Definition field. Enter a Title for each data column.
- 5. While in the portal, Data Sets can be searched or have the display limited.
