You can optionally include an Instructions Page at the beginning of your survey. This can be used and customised to provide the respondent with details about how to complete the survey or other information such as deadlines.
You can also (optionally) provide a Terms and Conditions Confirmation. Use the following steps to add an Introduction Page:
- 1. From the survey designer, navigate to Distribution --> Methods. Click on the Edit Distribution icon
- 2. Scroll down to the section labelled: Do you want to show an "Introduction Page" at the beginning of the Survey? Click on the Yes checkbox to reveal additional options.
- 3. Enter into the fields your desired introduction title, text and continue button caption.
- 4. Click on the Show a "Terms and Conditions" checkbox to reveal additional options for a terms and conditions message, confirmation button and condition elements to display.
