Creating a Report Schedule

Web Survey Creator provides many different reports and exports, but sometimes you may want these reports generated within a specific schedule and frequency. Use the following steps to get started:

• 1. Navigate to Analysis --> Reports & Exports. Click on the Create Report icon
• 2. Scroll down to the section labelled Report Scheduling. Select the Schedule Report radio button to reveal additional options.
  
• 3. Use the available input fields to select a desired report schedule start and end date.
  Use the radio button options to set the frequency of reports to be generated during the schedule.
  Previously generated reports can be overwritten with new data by enabling the overwrite previous report checkbox.

Uploading a Report With FTP

Web Survey Creator also offers the ability to upload your report via FTP. Use the following steps to get started:

• 1. Navigate to Analysis --> Reports & Exports. Click on the Create Report icon
• 2. Scroll down to the section labelled Upload Settings.
• 3. Enter the details of where to upload the report once it has been generated.
